The high frequency pulsed plasma power supply has excellent performance compared with the traditional thyristor-controlled power frequency power supply. It has many significant advantages for example, it has small output ripple, high average voltage and current, small size, light weight, integrated structure, high conversion efficiency and power factor, and uses three-phase balanced power supply which has small impact on the power grid. With these advantages the dust removal efficiency can be greatly improved. It is a revolutionary replacement product of the traditional thyristor power frequency power supply.
The high frequency pulsed plasma power supply independently developed by our company is the advanced high frequency pulsed power supply in China.It is widely used in air purification, electrostatic precipitator, desulfurization and denitrification, plasma application, gas phase deposition, vacuum electronics, microwave communication, laser pumping and other engineering and technical fields.
The high frequency pulsed plasma power supply developed by our company consists of two parts: one is the controller, which controls and monitors the smooth operation of the entire power supply, and the other is the high-voltage power supply, which is used for transformation ratio boost rectification and final output discharge.

● Saving 80% of electricity compared with traditional power supply

When the pulse is boosted, most of the electric energy is returned to the energy storage capacitor for the next pulse. It has a self-feedback system, which automatically raises or lowers the voltage according to the needs of discharge, and gives as much energy as needed, quantitative supply, and more power-saving than traditional constant power output.

● High Frequency Pulse
①Using full-controlled high-power high-frequency power component (IGBT), which can output 80kHz high-frequency pulse current, the response speed of the system is rapidly improved, and the output voltage ripple is small, thereby greatly improving the dust removal efficiency.
②Under the condition of keeping the voltage ratio unchanged, the number of turns of the primary and secondary sides of the high-frequency transformer will be greatly reduced compared with that of the traditional power frequency transformer, and the volume of the transformer will be significantly reduced. The volume of the oil tank will also be significantly reduced.
③In the event of flashover, the high-frequency electrostatic precipitator power supply can respond quickly. The output voltage of the power supply decreases rapidly, and can be turned off directly and quickly. But the output current can still remain unchanged, which not only saves the energy consumed by the electrostatic precipitator, but also ensures the dust removal state will not be interrupted to ensure the ideal dust removal effect. Instant power-off protection when a short circuit occurs.
④The high-voltage power supply adopts a unique rectification method, which makes the potential gradient of the high-voltage rectifier more uniform, the voltage span between the packages is consistent, and there is no overvoltage breakdown, and the system has good working stability under high voltage.

The high-frequency power supply adopts a series resonant converter with constant current output characteristics, which can effectively suppress the current impact of the electric field spark. The spark flashover response time is within 12.5μs, which can quickly extinguish the spark and quickly restore the electric field energy.
