Over 30 engineers from Noah Company spent 5 years developing a high-frequency high-voltage pulse DC power supply, also known as plasma power supply in the environmental protection industry, based on the theoretical foundation of the Institute of High Energy Physics, Chinese Academy of Sciences. The process flow of the deep purification project for exhaust gas in a large laundry detergent factory in Guangzhou

1. Cooling down, reducing the temperature of the exhaust gas to below 50 degrees, with the aim of causing the gas water to condense and form mist droplets of 1 micron or more.

2. The exhaust gas containing dust particles and highly saturated water vapor enters the first stage electric field, which uses a 273mm diameter 304 stainless steel anode and a prickle tube cathode, with a Noah plasma power supply of 72kV and a working voltage of 45kV. The Noah plasma power supply does not ignite in a highly saturated water vapor environment and still maintains high voltage operation, forming high potential energy to deposit negatively charged droplets onto the anode, achieving the goal of dust removal and water mist removal.

3. The exhaust gas enters the second stage electric field for deodorization. The focus of this stage is to ionize the exhaust gas, causing its chemical molecular bonds to break down. At the same time, it strongly oxidizes with the ozone ions produced by the ionized carrier gas, forming water, carbon dioxide, or other components that are easily dissolved and absorbed by water, forming droplets that settle on the anode tube wall to achieve the deodorization goal.

4. After purification, the particle size is 1-2mg/m3, the white smoke disappears, the odor meets the standard, and there is no discomfort.

 

The project has a wind volume of 150k and a power consumption of 120kW for the electric field. The equipment is sprayed and cleaned once a day internally, and the spraying water is recycled, with negligible water consumption. A set of equipment for dust removal, deodorization, and white smoke removal, with low operating costs, no secondary pollutant emissions, and no consumables.

 

Industries with similar production processes, including urea fertilizer production, rotary kiln drying for white smoke removal, sludge drying for deodorization, feed production, monosodium glutamate and chicken essence production, and other areas, produce waste gas purification treatment.
