Working Principles

NY710144 series High Frequency High Voltage Pulse Power Supply for Electrostatic Precipitator consists of two parts: control cabinet and high voltage generator.

 Circuit principle: 50Hz 3 phase 380VAC input, full bridge controllable rectifier, IGBT inverter to generate high frequency power supply, then through the high frequency transformer to step up the voltage, and finally rectified into high frequency high voltage DC pulse power output.




Application

High Frequency High Voltage Pulse Power Supply for Electrostatic Precipitator is an important part of the electrostatic precipitator system equipment. According to the different requirements of working conditions, it can be widely used in industrial sectors of dust removal, fog removal, desulfurization, dehydration, impurities separation and recycle of rare metals and other occasions, which is an important equipment to protect the environment, comprehensive utilization of resources. Cooling water: inlet water temperature ≤30°C, water pressure 1.5–4.0Kg/mm2. Shall adopt the water pipe which can match with a water pipe joint in the size of 8mm (inner diameter) ×12mm (outer diameter). Do not reduce the inner diameter of the cooling water pipe at will.
